School Reconfiguration Survey

The Derry School Board is discussing possible District reconfigurations and wants community input. The district currently has five elementary schools for grades K-5, one middle school for grades 6-8, one middle school for grades 6-8 and the Derry Early Education Program (DEEP), and the SAU administration building. Several possible scenarios are under considerations, many of which would close an existing school. Click here for the overview of all viable options and here for the enrollment data used for this report.

Parents, community members, staff, school board members and administrators were all part of the multiyear facilities committee effort that evaluated the viability of the reconfiguration scenarios and the potential costs and benefits. Find the full report here.

Please take the survey below to share your thoughts. Parents without access to the Internet can request a copy of the survey from the school secretary at their child’s school.
